Terms and Conditions
Real Estate Terms: The successful bidder will be required at the
conclusion of the auction to complete the purchase and sale agreement
and deposit $10,000.00 as earnest money with balance due at closing
within 30 days. All bids are subject to confirmation of the Seller's
Representative with a 10% buyer's premium added to bid price. The
$10,000.00 earnest money may be in the form of a cashier's check or
certified check made payable to Re/Max Eastside Brokers and/or Buyer.
All information contained herein is believed to be correct but is not
guaranteed. Purchasers must rely on their own judgment and inspection
of the property. Any announcements made Auction Day will take
precedence over any printed or advertised materials. Mroczek
Auctioneers & Associates are representing the Sellers and will be paid by
the Sellers. Each purchaser will be required to acknowledge said agency.
Broker participation invited but is not required to bid. A commission will
be paid by the Seller to the licensed Real Estate Broker whose prospect
successfully closes on the property. To qualify for a commission, the
Real Estate Broker must register their prospect with Mroczek Auctioneers
at least 24 hours in advance of the auction and also attend and register
